AK Distillery Ltd. produces authentic Polish moonshine in the UK — handcrafted in small batches, and bottled across three strengths.
Bimber — the Polish word for moonshine — is a home craft with a long tradition behind it. AK Distillery brings that tradition into a small-batch British distillery, without dressing it up as something else.
We work in small batches so each run can be judged on its own merit. The Traditional expression is triple distilled and bottled at 60% ABV; the Premium expression is distilled five times and bottled at 45%; the flavoured range is bottled at 30%.
Everything we make is gluten free and vegan, and the distillery holds a Food Hygiene Rating of 5.

AK Distillery is based in Stalybridge, Greater Manchester. Production, flavouring and bottling all happen here, which is why the range can move quickly and why limited editions are possible at all.
