Premium · 45% ABV
Distilled five times, then bottled at 45%. Softer and cleaner, and the natural recommendation for a customer new to the category.
Equipment
Built to our own specification.
AK does not work with off-the-shelf equipment. Production runs on customised machines made specifically to AK’s own requirements, incorporating a specialised filtering system.
The Polish tradition sits in the recipes and the way the spirit is made and flavoured, not in the hardware. Further detail on the production set-up is shared with trade customers on request rather than published here.
Small batch
Made in quantities we can stand behind.
Production, flavouring and bottling take place at our own distillery in Stalybridge. Batches are small by design: it keeps the range honest, and it is what allows limited editions to exist alongside the core line-up.
The flavoured range is bottled at 30% ABV. Every product we make is gluten free and vegan, and the distillery holds a Food Hygiene Rating of 5.
